Doublestop Foundation

Doublestop Foundation is pleased to announce the six applicants who have been named Finalists for the 2015 Instrument Loan Competition: Jeongwon An, Rebecca Benjamin, Anita Dumar, Michael Franz, Michael Fuller, and Emily Shehi. As a Finalist, these applicants were invited to participate in the Foundation’s inaugural “Audience Choice Award” competition. Five of the six Finalists have accepted the invitation, and he or she that receives the most ‘likes’ (not views) will be awarded a $500 cash prize and named the winner.

Now, the choice is up to YOU! Please watch each Finalist’s YouTube video and ‘like’ your favorite submission. You may choose to ‘like’ all participants, but can only vote one time for each video. Once you have voted, please help spread the word about these wonderful musicians by sharing your favorite video(s) online using #df15audiencechoice and tag us @DoublestopFdn.
Thank you for your participation and helping us choose the 2015 Audience Choice Award winner!

All performances were outstanding but I cast my vote for Rebecca Benjamin and her performance of the Shostakovich Violin Concerto
