Yoonsoo Yeo, cellist
Young South Korean cellist Yoonsoo Yeo is has found much success in the early stages of his career. In 2016, he attended Kromberg Academy cello masterclass, where he received the Frans Helmerson Award. The same year he became the youngest musician to join Richard yongjae O’neil’s ‘Revolutionary’ national tour. In 2017, at age 16, he was invited to study music at the Korea Art University. He now attends the Curtis Institute of Music where he studies with Carter Brey.
Named an Ambassador of Doublestop Foundation in 2018, Yoonsoo will perform on a fine instrument yet tbd.
